政绩观是衡量官员施政履职的价值尺度与行动准则，中华优秀传统文化中积淀的政绩观智慧，以民本为价值、实干为路径、清廉为底线、长远为战略、监察为保障，形成了系统完整的价值标准与实践指向，在中国治国理政实践中塑造了良官贤吏的施政范式，持续推动了中国的社会治理、民生改善与政权稳固，积淀了中华传统政治文化的优秀基因。政绩观问题是一个根本性问题，关乎立党为公、执政为民。新时代深入挖掘中华优秀传统文化中政绩观的思想精髓，汲取历史经验，在“两个结合”特别是“第二个结合”的方法论指引下，对党员干部树立和践行正确政绩观，摒弃官本位思想，避免政绩观错位，创造经得起实践、人民、历史检验的实绩，不断开创中国式现代化建设新局面，具有较强的借鉴意义。

The view on political performance serves as the value yardstick and code of conduct for officials in governance and duty performance. The wisdom of the political performance view accumulated in fine traditional Chinese culture, with people-oriented values as its foundation, pragmatic work as its approach, integrity as its bottom line, long-term orientation as its strategy, and supervision as its its institutional safeguard, has formed a systematic and complete set of value standards and practical orientations. In the practice of governing the country in China, it has established the governance model of virtuous officials and capable officials, thus continuously promoting the social governance, the improvement of people's livelihood, and the stability of the regime in China, as well as accumulating the excellent genes of traditional Chinese political culture. As a fundamental issue, the view on political performance is closely linked to the Party's commitment to the public interest and its governance for the people. In the new era, delving into the ideological essence of the view on political performance in fine traditional Chinese culture and drawing on historical experiences, under the methodological guidance of the "Two Combinations", esp. the "Second Combination", is of great reference significance for Party members and cadres to establish and practice a correct view on political performance, abandon the official-centric mindset, avoid distorted views on political performance, secure achievements proven by practice, the people and history, as well as steadily advance Chinese modernization.
