乡村文化是在农业农村发展过程中形成的，乡村文化振兴是农业农村现代化的重要组成部分。乡村文化根植于农耕文明，蕴含着思想观念、人文精神、道德规范等深层价值，在现代化进程中发挥着价值引领、社会整合、经济赋能、主体塑造的关键作用。农业农村现代化，必然要求发展中华农耕文明的现代形态，实现优秀传统乡土文化的现代转型。推进农业农村现代化必须牢牢把握文化向度，着力推进“乡村社会现代文明—现代乡村文化服务—现代乡土文化产业—现代乡土文化人才”建设，加快补齐农村现代精神生活条件短板，创造乡村优质精神生活空间，使农村基本具备现代精神生活条件，以文化振兴赋能乡村全面振兴，为推动农业农村现代化、建设农业强国提供坚实的文化支撑。

Rural culture is constituted in the process of agricultural and rural development, while its revital‑ization is an important component of agricultural and rural modernization. Rural culture, rooted in farming civiliza‑tion, embodies profound values such as ideological concepts, the humanistic spirit, as well as moral norms, and plays a crucial role in value guidance, social integration, economic empowerment, and identity formation in the modernization process. Agricultural and rural modernization inevitably requires developing the modern form of Chi‑nese farming civilization and achieving the modern transformation of fine traditional rural culture. To advance agri‑cultural and rural modernization,it is essential to firmly adhere to the cultural orientation and strive to promote the construction of the "modern rural social civilization-modern rural cultural services-modern rural cultural indus‑tries-modern rural cultural talents" system. Efforts should be made to accelerate the improvement of rural modern spiritual life conditions,create high-quality spiritual life spaces in rural areas,as well as ensure the possession of the basic prerequisites for modern spiritual life in rural areas,so as to provide solid cultural support for the advance‑ment of agricultural and rural modernization as well as the building of a strong agricultural country.
