"一带一路"内涵丰富,覆盖区域辽阔,涉及面广泛,面临诸多挑战。外语人才作为"一带一路"建设的先行者还不能满足这一国际化的新需求,还有不少缺陷,需要采取多种措施不拘一格地培养外语人才。
Abstract：The One Belt and One Road strategy is rich in its content. As it covers a vast area and a wide range,many challenges will be encountered. Foreign language talents who are the pioneers of this strategy are still unable to meet the new requirement of internationalization just due to their deficiency in some aspects. Therefore,many measures must be taken to train foreign language talents without restraint.
