习近平文化思想是党的十八大以来中国共产党领导文化建设实践经验的理论总结，标志着我们党对中国特色社会主义文化建设规律的认识达到了新高度。习近平文化思想的生成，是基于马克思主义与中华优秀传统文化的深度融合，赓续了中国共产党重视文化建设的传统，回应了中国式现代化与百年变局的重大现实，在构建文化主体性、发展新时代中国特色社会主义文化、加强全球文化交流方面意义重大。习近平文化思想在系统构建与广泛实践中，展现了独特秉性与核心特质，包括在立场上坚持自信自立自强、在发展上坚持守正创新、在目标上彰显文化主体性，由此有必要进一步繁荣发展新时代中国特色社会主义文化、巩固党的文化领导权、不断提升国家文化软实力，持续提升习近平文化思想的思想引领力、精神凝聚力、价值感召力、国际影响力，为中国式现代化提供深厚的思想伟力和文化支撑。

Xi Jinping Thought on Culture, a theoretical summary of the practical experience in cultural development led by the Communist Party of China since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, marks that our Party's understanding of the laws of socialist cultural construction with Chinese characteristics has reached a new height. Xi Jinping Thought on Culture, formed on the basis of the profound integration of Marxism with fine traditional Chinese culture, carries forward the tradition of the Communist Party of China in valuing cultural development, and responds to the major realities of Chinese modernization and profound changes unseen in a century; it is thus of great significance in constructing the cultural identity of the Chinese nation, developing a socialist culture with Chinese characteristics for the new era, and strengthening global cultural exchanges. In the process of systematic construction and extensive practice, Xi Jinping Thought on Culture has demonstrated its distinctive attributes and core traits, inclusive of upholding confidence, self-reliance, and self-strengthening in its stance, adhering to integrity and innovation in its development, and emphasizing cultural subjectivity in its goals. Therefore, it is imperative to further flourish and develop the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics for the new era, consolidate the Party's cultural leadership, continuously enhance the country's cultural soft power, as well as steadily elevate the ideological guidance, spiritual cohesion, value appeal, and international influence of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture, so as to provide profound intellectual strength and cultural support for Chinese modernization.
